7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses due to delays caused by third‑party platforms

• Damages resulting from misuse of delivered content

• Issues arising from incorrect client‑provided information

8. Termination

We may terminate a project if:

• Communication becomes unmanageable

• Scope is exceeded without additional payment

Completed work will be delivered; no refunds issued.
