Jay’s Development was built on Christian values — love, service, and the belief that people’s most meaningful moments deserve to be honored well.
When I got married, I hired a photographer for a couple of hours and truly loved my images… but I had no way to actually enjoy them. They weren’t printed, they weren’t displayed, and they didn’t live anywhere I could see them. They sat on a random website, forgotten — and that never felt right to me.

That experience is what sparked my passion for photography. I wanted to create something better for my clients — not just beautiful images, but a full, guided experience that ends with artwork you can see, touch, and cherish every day. Weddings, big life moments, the realest parts of your story… they deserve to live on your walls, not lost in a phone. My heart is to serve you by turning your memories into meaningful art for your home and office.

My story started during college, I always dreamed to have my own business, and realized one day there was no perfect time to start. I immediately focused on web design as I was getting my bachelors in Computer Science. I got my first client in a day, and from there I started meeting more people and learning first hand about businesses while designing sites.

Eventually, when I found photography and videography I noticed I could elevate my designs to a whole new level. I started covering events, weddings, business content, and more. Fast forward to today, I now have a small but potent team supporting Jays Development, and our clients.

We approach every single project with a heart to serve and a dedication to our craft. We deeply believe that in the pursuit of perfection we can surely catch excellance.

We built this business on the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Every dollar that passes through our hands is a gift we’re entrusted to steward — not for our glory, but for Christ’s. That conviction shapes the way we work, the way we serve, and the way we make decisions.

Our work ethic is anchored in Romans 5:3–4, where Paul reminds us to rejoice in our trials because they produce perseverance, character, and hope. We take that seriously. Hard days aren’t setbacks to us; they’re opportunities. Challenges refine our skills, deepen our dependence on God, and strengthen the character He’s forming in us. In every season — easy or difficult — we aim to work with gratitude, integrity, and excellence, knowing that Christ is the one we ultimately serve.
